1. Scope
For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop depends exclusively on consumers.
Consumers is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can be borne predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership, which is the conclusion of a legal transaction in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction possibilities

With the setting of the products in the online shop we give a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract via these articles. 4. Terms of delivery
Plus the specified product prices will be available for shipping outside of Germany. Shipping to addresses in Germany is free. Further to the amount of shipping costs can be found in the offers.
We only deliver in shipping. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

In our shop, the following payment methods are always available:
Credit card
In the order process, enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after submission of the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To the invoice amount about the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.L. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon") to pay, you must be registered with Amazon, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out within a bank business day after submission of the order. A banking business day is every working day with the exception of Saturdays, nationwide public holidays and the 24th and 31st December of each year. 6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Warranty and guarantees
7.1 Claims for defects
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory defect liability law applies.

We would like to inform you that in the sale of used goods to consumers, we are allowed to shorten the limitation period regarding the loss of defects to a year from the delivery of the goods, as long as we are specifically informed and expressly agreed to them.

8. Liability
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without restriction
- in case of violation of life, body or health,
- in intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
